Homemade Ketchup

Homemade Ketchup

4 (6 oz) cans of tomato paste

2 cups water

3/4 cup vinegar

7 Tbsp sugar

3 garlic cloves

4 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp onion powder

Warmed the paste in a large saucepan, then add the water a little at a time. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Store in the refrigerator.

How long does this keep in the fridge?

I can't say for sure. We use it up pretty fast. At the very least, I'd say two weeks, but two months wouldn't surprise me. :)
