Breakfast Bread

Breakfast Bread
2 cups buttermilk or kefir
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup raisins, nuts

Oven to 400.

Grease two loaf pans. Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared pans. Place in the 400 degree oven, and immediately lower oven to 350. Bake 1 hour. Turn out and cool, covered with a towel, for 8 hours.
