Garlic Parmesan Orzo

Garlic Parmesan Orzo

2 cups uncooked orzo pasta
3 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Begin cooking the orzo.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the garlic in the butter until tender. Add the drained, cooked orzo, the cheese, milk, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through and the cheese is melted.

I prefer this made with rice rather than the orzo.
