Sweetened Condensed Milk

Sweetened Condensed Milk
3/4 cup powdered milk
3/4 cup sugar

Place in a blender and while blending, slowly add in:

1/2 cup hot water

Blend until smooth.

Yield is equal to one can of purchased (15 or 16 oz).
