Good Morning Smoothie

Good Morning Smoothie!

1-2 bananas
1 orange
2-3 + large kale leaves
2-3 + large Swiss chard leaves
a handful of spinach
1 cup frozen strawberries or blueberries
1 ½ cups water
2 Tbs. ground flaxseeds

Blend and enjoy! Serves 3-4
